Cooking Class and Lunch

Take advantage of this rare opportunity. Takahisa Shirakawa, renowned chef in Kameyama, near Nagoya, Japan, is teaching a only one day private Chinese cooking class in Sonoma. He specializes in Szechuan cuisine.

The menus:

-Spicy cucumber salad (拍黄瓜)

-Bangbang ji, chicken appetizer with sesame sauce(棒々鶏)

-Won ton soup (酸辣湯)

-Szechuan shrimp with chili sauce (乾焼蝦仁)

-Tapioca with coconut milk(西米露)

Class size is limited to 10 people at a private residence in Sonoma.

Cost is $150.
